About the White-Label License

The Financial Literacy Program is licensed annually by Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC for $2,400.

The program may be customized with your organization's branding, approved colors, logo, contact information, and sponsor information.

Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC retains ownership and management of the website, platform, curriculum framework, technology, and underlying systems.

Your organization receives the right to use the white-labeled Financial Literacy Program for the active twelve-month subscription term.

Program Content

The white-label Financial Literacy Program may include the complete 15-week mission-based curriculum, video learning modules, quizzes, Instructor Field Guide, Student Mission Briefings, worksheets, field assignments, downloadable resources, and certificates.

Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC may make reasonable updates, improvements, corrections, and technical changes to the program during the active subscription term.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Licensees are permitted to acquire their own sponsors for the Financial Literacy Program.

Your organization may establish its own sponsorship packages, sponsorship levels, pricing, benefits, and terms.

Sponsorship opportunities may include individual mission sponsors, cohort sponsors, program sponsors, presenting sponsors, community partners, and other sponsorship arrangements developed by your organization.

Unless separately agreed in writing, sponsorship revenue acquired directly by your organization remains with your organization.

Website & Domain Options

Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC may provide your organization with a unique website link or subdomain for access to your white-labeled Financial Literacy Program.

At your request, PSMG may also purchase a domain for your program or connect a domain or subdomain already owned by your organization where technically supported.

Domain registration or renewal costs may be separate from the annual licensing fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

The Financial Literacy Program, website architecture, platform systems, curriculum framework, templates, learning modules, and related technology remain the property of Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC.

Licensees may use the Instructor Field Guide, Student Mission Briefings, worksheets, and other provided materials in connection with their licensed Financial Literacy Program during the active subscription term.

Licensees may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, copy, reproduce as a competing product, or represent PSMG proprietary materials as their own intellectual property without written authorization.

Educational Disclaimer

The Financial Literacy Program is provided for general educational purposes.

The program does not constitute individualized financial, investment, tax, accounting, insurance, or legal advice.

Participants should consult appropriately qualified professionals when individualized professional advice is required.

Expiration & Renewal

The initial white-label subscription term is twelve months.

Licensees may renew for additional annual terms at Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC's then-current licensing rate.

If the subscription is not renewed, the Licensee's authorization to use the white-labeled Financial Literacy Program ends when the paid subscription term expires.

Expiration of the subscription does not transfer ownership of the website, software, curriculum, or other PSMG intellectual property to the Licensee.
