$2,400 Annual — Partial Managed Program

Organizations selecting the Partial Managed option receive a white-labeled version of The Finance Learning Center along with partial program support and assistance adding sponsors to the program.

Organizations are permitted to secure their own sponsors, establish their own sponsorship pricing, and retain the sponsorship revenue they generate unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

When an organization secures a sponsor and requests that Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC add and manage the sponsor placement on a Finance Learning Center module page, an additional $150 sponsor management fee will be charged for each sponsor placement.

How the Sponsor Management Fee Works

1 Sponsor Placement = $150
3 Sponsor Placements = $450
5 Sponsor Placements = $750
10 Sponsor Placements = $1,500

The sponsor management fee is separate from the organization's $2,400 annual program fee.

Fully Managed Program

Organizations may choose the Fully Managed program for $999 per month or select annual billing for $8,500 per year.

The Fully Managed option provides a white-labeled version of The Finance Learning Center with comprehensive program support, assistance with sponsor implementation, and access to program resources designed to help the organization successfully operate, promote, and grow its financial literacy initiative.

Fully Managed resources may include workshop sheets, instructor guides, sponsorship packages, outreach email templates, CRM-based prospecting resources, and social media marketing resources.

There is no additional $150 sponsor management or placement fee for organizations enrolled in either the $999 monthly Fully Managed plan or the $8,500 annual Fully Managed plan.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Organizations may acquire sponsors to support their Financial Literacy Program and may establish their own sponsorship packages, sponsorship levels, pricing, benefits, and terms.

Sponsorship opportunities may include individual module sponsors, multiple-module sponsors, program sponsors, presenting sponsors, community partners, and other sponsorship arrangements developed by the organization.

Unless separately agreed in writing, sponsorship revenue generated directly by the organization remains with the organization.

Organizations enrolled in the $2,400 Partial Managed program are charged $150 each time Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC manages and places a sponsor banner on a module page.

Organizations enrolled in either Fully Managed option do not pay an additional per-sponsor placement fee.

White-Label Program & Ownership

The program may be customized with the organization's approved branding, colors, logo, contact information, and sponsor information.

Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC retains ownership and management of The Finance Learning Center website, platform systems, curriculum framework, technology, templates, learning modules, and underlying systems.

The organization receives the right to use its white-labeled Finance Learning Center during its active subscription or licensing term.

Website & Domain Options

Precious Seeds Media Group, LLC may provide the organization with a unique website link or subdomain for access to its white-labeled Finance Learning Center.

Where technically supported, PSMG may also connect a domain or subdomain owned by the organization.

Domain registration and renewal costs may be separate unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

I understand that the $999 monthly and $8,500 annual Fully Managed plans do not carry this additional per-sponsor fee.

I understand that completion of the secure Stripe checkout process will serve as the payment transaction record for my selected Finance Learning Center plan.
